This website (www.bodysculptor-benelux.com) is operated by DJ MEDICAL, trading as BodySculptor Benelux / BEAUQUIP, Turnhoutsebaan 14, 2970 Schilde, Belgium (BE 0871.406.725). DJ MEDICAL is the controller of personal data collected through this website, in line with the GDPR.

2. Who do we share your data with?
We never sell your data. We only share it with the studio you choose, the manufacturer BodySculptor (France) where needed for a technical problem or incident, our processors Netlify (hosting and forms) and Brevo (newsletter), and – only with your consent – Elfsight and Google (studio map). Some providers may process data outside the EEA with appropriate safeguards.
3. Images, video and fonts
Images and videos load from Wix (static.wixstatic.com) and fonts from Bunny Fonts (EU). These services technically receive your IP address; no cookies are set.
4. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and can withdraw consent at any time. Write to support@djmedical.be; we reply within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels.
5. Cookies
This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies of its own and uses no analytics. Your cookie choice is stored locally in your browser (key bs_consent). The Elfsight/Google Maps studio map, which sets third-party cookies, only loads with your consent. .
